QR Codes & Links
What does "dynamic QR" mean?
A dynamic QR code points to a short redirect link rather than storing your data directly. You control what that link shows - a bio page, a PDF, a menu, a company page. Change the content at any time; the printed QR never needs replacing.
Do I need a new QR code every time I update my content?
Never. The QR is permanent. Update your bio, swap your PDF, change your menu prices - the QR your customers already have still works.
Can I print the QR on business cards, flyers, or merchandise?
Yes. The QR is available as a high-resolution PNG/SVG ready for print. Because it's dynamic, you only need to print once.
What happens if I delete a QR link?
The link becomes inactive and visitors see a friendly "not found" page. Qrillo uses soft deletes, so your data is not lost immediately - contact support within 30 days if you need to restore it.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 QR link, a full bio page, PDF hosting, and built-in analytics - no credit card required. You can stay on Free forever.
Do you offer a yearly discount?
Yes. Paying yearly saves you roughly 10% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
How do I pay? What payment methods are supported?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. EU VAT is applied automatically via Stripe Tax.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep full access until the end of the billing period - no questions asked.
What happens if I exceed my plan's QR link limit?
Existing links keep working normally. You simply won't be able to create new QR links until you upgrade or delete an existing one.

What is a vCard and how does it work?
A vCard (.vcf file) lets someone save your contact details to their phone's address book with a single tap. Every Qrillo bio page and employee page has a built-in vCard download button - no app required.
Can I create email signatures for my whole company?
Yes, on Business and Enterprise plans. You can build a company signature template and generate individual signatures for each employee - including an embedded QR code that links to their bio page.
Do you have a digital menu for restaurants?
Yes. The Digital Menu module lets you create a themed, categorized menu with item names, descriptions, prices, and images. Update prices or add daily specials anytime - no new QR needed.
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domains are available on the Enterprise plan. Your QR links and bio pages can serve under your own branded domain.
What analytics does Qrillo provide?
Every QR link tracks total scans, country of origin, device platform (Android / iOS / Windows / macOS), mobile vs desktop, and monthly breakdowns with a year filter. No invasive cookies - just clean, useful numbers.
Privacy & Security
Is Qrillo GDPR-compliant?
Qrillo's analytics are designed to avoid invasive tracking. We collect country (derived from IP) and device type - no persistent cookies, no cross-site tracking. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Is my data safe if I close my account?
Qrillo uses soft deletes, so your data is not wiped instantly when you cancel. If you change your mind within 30 days you can contact us to restore your account. After that period data is permanently removed.
Who can see my bio or QR page?
Your public pages (bio, PDF, company, menu) are accessible to anyone with the link or QR by default. You can unpublish any page from your dashboard at any time, making it inaccessible to the public.
